Hops give beer its bitterness and offset the sweetness from the sugars in the malt. We carry a wide variety of hops in pellet, plug, and whole leaf form.  Pellets are the most popular and have the widest choice of varieties.  Plugs and whole leaf are good choices when dry-hopping.
